Inspired by the Roman god Janus, whose two faces looked to the past and the future respectively, my approach is to help you to understand your story and current position, plan the future you want, and unite the two by making the best use of your assets and strengths, removing obstacles and creating advantage from opportunity as well as difficulty so that you get to your goal most quickly and efficiently.
About Me
Kasia Muszynska - Director
​Over the last 10 years I have dedicated myself to becoming an expert in designing and driving change for individuals and organisations, from one-to-one coaching and mentoring, small-scale projects to national programmes of work and change campaigns, in a variety of settings, including healthcare services, local authority, grassroots community organisations and international NGOs such as Save the Children UK.

I am an accredited APM Change Management Practitioner. I hold a qualification in Coaching with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. I use my host of skills, knowledge and experience selectively to choose the approach that works best for you.

Coaching and Mentoring
My coaching approach is rooted in building self-awareness as a foundation for any change we want in life. I do not believe in coaching to 'fix' something, to get rid of something or to struggle with ourselves. Instead, I propose working together to acquire real understanding and deep insights into who you are and how what you tell yourself about you, others and the world, impacts on what you achieve in life. Only from that place of understanding, can we then start to challenge what's not worked in your favour, produce mental shifts, change emotions, practice new behaviours and actions.
Organisational Change
Advising on organisational change requires the same level of deep listening and insightfulness as coaching individuals. In working with your organisation, I will propose 3 key steps:

- Situation Assessment - working with you, your staff and other key stakeholders to understand the history of what you have built, your assets, opportunities and challenges, particularly in the realm of internal and external relationships and their dynamics as this is the real wealth of any organisation.

- Vision - I will facilitate the process of collective vision making and detailing, ensuring that, rather than a far-fetched fantasy or a mechanistic but unappealing goal, it is compelling, yet concrete.
​
- Strategy and Delivery plan - I will work with you to develop a time-specific, well-structured strategy and plan to achieve your ambition in the quickest and most efficient way. I will continue to support you through its execution, ensuring that there is a discipline, pace and rhythm to the process which are so crucial to ensuring that a plan does not veer off track.

Change Projects
If what you're looking for is a smaller change project - for example, developing or improving a new service or product - I will work with you to conceptualise it, develop it into a project plan and then project manage it for you, should you so require. In doing so, I will apply my 3-step approach to change, framed in a rigorous project management process and supported by relevant documentation
